Pitchfork Brewing Company is a small batch, pre-prohibition style brewery located in Hudson, Wisconsin. Our beer is brewed in the classic style using locally sourced ingredients and whole cone hops whenever possible. We use no filtration or clarifying agents for classic, authentic brews.

Our tap room serves one of a kind craft pizzas, sandwiches, and appetizers. We smoke our own meats on site for a freshness you can taste. We look forward to seeing you soon. Cheers!

Oatmeal Stout: A robust stout with a mild bitterness and a silky mouthfeel finish. A cool weather favorite! 6.5% ABV and 50 IBU
Third Stall Pale Ale: A well-balanced American style pale ale made with pale and crystal malts and hopped with local cascade hops. 6%ABV and 54 IBU.
Chicken Dog Red Lager: A deep amber lager wiht a malty finish. A full flavored session beer. 4.5% ABV 25 IBU
American Gothic IPA: A West Coast style IPA brewed with Rahr pale malt, specialty grains to give a malt balance and rich flavor. 6.5% ABV 85 IBU
North of 8 Pilsner: Brewed with German malt and Willamette hops, this pils is light in body and full flavored. This is a light beer that is easy to drink. 4.2% ABV 35 IBU
Jack Pine Savage Pumpkin Ale: Made with pumpkins grown by Mike’s dad, this ale is not overly spiced. A nice session beer that isn’t overwhelming. 5.8% ABV. 25 IBU
Thistle Scottish Ale: A malty, deep amber colored ale with a hint of roast character. 6% ABV 15 IBU
French Toast Ale: Bready grains with notes of maple and cinnamon. Served in a glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar 5.7% ABV 25 IBU
Hefeweisen: German style wheat beer with phenolic characteristics, including banana and a hint of bubble gum. Made with 50% wheat malt. 4.2% ABV 13 IBU
SMASH IPA: SMASH is an acronym for Single Malt And Single Hop. We use pale malt and Vista hops. This is a hoppy brew with characteristics of melon and pineapple without being overly bitter. 6.5% ABV 56 IBU
Vanilla Barn Door Brown: An English style brown ale with vanilla. Malty, dark, and sweet. 6.5% ABV 13 IBU
Exit 4 Cream Ale: Light American ale made with about 20% flaked maize. This beer has a pleasant malt profile with a small amount of earth tone hop character from the Willamette hops. 5.5% ABV 20 IBU
Pitchfork Hard Lemonade: A light American ale made with 20% flaked maize and infused with lemonade concentrate. A refreshing brew that’s easy to drink. 5% ABV 20 IBU
Loon Juice Cider: From Loon Juice Hard Cider in Spring Valley, MN. Flavor selection will vary. 5.5% ABV
