Pitchfork Brewing Company is a small batch, pre-prohibition style brewery located in Hudson, Wisconsin. Our beer is brewed in the classic style using locally sourced ingredients and whole cone hops whenever possible. We use no filtration or clarifying agents for classic, authentic brews.

Our tap room serves one of a kind craft pizzas, sandwiches, and appetizers. We smoke our own meats on site for a freshness you can taste. We look forward to seeing you soon. Cheers!

Milk Stout - a sweet stout made with roasted barley, crystal malts, and 100 pounds of lactose. 7% ABV and 50 IBU
Third Stall Pale Ale - a well balanced American style pale ale made with pale and crystal malts and hopped with local cascade hops. 6%ABV and 54 IBU.
Original Barn Door Brown Ale- A brown ale made in the English style with the addition of brown sugar. 6.5% ABV 13 IBU
American Gothic IPA – A West Coast Style IPA. Brewed with Rahr pale ale malt, specialty grains to give it a malt balance and a rich color, and Chinook hops. 6.5% ABV 85 IBUs
North of 8 Pilsner – Brewed with German malt and Willamette hops, this pils is light in body and full flavored. This is a light beer that is easy to drink. 4.2% ABV 35 IBUs.
Dopplebock – Malty, rich, deep amber colored traditional German lager. 7.7% ABV. 19 IBU
Outwitted – Just outside the typical wit style, this beer is brewed with one third wheat, as well as coriander and orange peel. It has a refreshing, dry finish. 5.5% ABV 32 IBUs
French Toast Ale – Brewed with a combination of bready base and specialty grains with the addition of maple and cinnamon in the finish. Served in a glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar. 5.7% ABV 25IBUs
Vanilla Barn Door Brown Ale - English style brown ale with vanilla. Malty, dark and sweet. 6.5% ABV. 56 IBU
SMASH IPA – SMASH is an acronym for Single Malt And Single Hop. We use pale malt and Vista hops. This is a hoppy brew with characteristics of melon and pineapple without being overly bitter. 6.5% ABV 56 IBUs
Chicken Dog Red Lager – This complex session beer is malty and light bodied. Lower alcohol beer with a rich flavor. 4.2ABV 31IBUs
Exit 4 Cream Ale – This light American ale is made with about 20% flaked maize. This beer has a pleasant malt profile with a small amount of earth tone hop character from the Willamette hops. 5.5% ABV 20 IBUs
Pitchfork Hard Lemonade – A light American ale made with 20% flaked maize and infused with lemonade concentrate, This is a refreshing brew that’s easy to drink. 5% ABV 20 IBUs
Loon Juice Cider – From Loon Juice Hard Cider in Spring Valley, MN. Flavor selection will vary. 5.5% ABV
